Who we are
The data controller for scalesuggest.co is Wikilead Web Services LLC, 2105 Vista Oeste NW, Suite E #3061, Albuquerque, NM 87120, United States. Scalesuggest is a trade name of that company. For privacy requests, email hello@scalesuggest.co.
If you write to us from outside the United States, you are sending your information to us in the United States, where we store and use it as described here.
What we collect
If you send the quote form, we receive the fields you submit: name, email address, website, plan, country, and message. The form is delivered by FormSubmit to our inbox. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or other people’s personal data in that message.
The site itself does not set advertising cookies and does not run a third-party analytics tag. Your host, your browser, and the form provider may keep ordinary technical logs such as IP address and time, which we do not use to build a marketing profile.
Why we keep it
We use the form contents to answer you, to decide whether a keyword is a fit, and to prepare a quote. If you become a client, we keep the correspondence needed to perform the work and to meet accounting duties.
How long
Quote requests that do not become a project are deleted or anonymised within 24 months, unless we need a copy for a dispute. You can ask sooner.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. The form provider processes the submission so it can reach us. If a client’s agency writes on their behalf, we reply to the address they give us.
Your requests
You may ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, by emailing hello@scalesuggest.co. We may need to confirm you control that inbox before we act.
Scalesuggest is not Google. Nothing on this site is a Google product, and a visit here is not shared with Google by us as a placement order.
